Mind-Body Program focus

Mind-body disciplines are very time-efficient. They blend muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular and respiratory components to create a well-rounded fitness program and great health benefits. Hours:

We do not have regular office hours. Please email us or leave a message at the studio if you need assistance. We will usually get back to you within 2 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hold classes, workshops and private sessions 7 days a week. Classes and tours available by appointment. We are closed most major holidays.

Parking:

Due to the nature of the strip mall we are in, parking can be a bit hairy at times. There is an extra parking lot in the back of the studio (but, the back door is usually locked so you may have to walk around to the front door).
