Belly Dance Classes
Belly Dance classes begin with a warm up and isolation exercises followed by learning and practicing a fun dance phrase to music. A variety of dance styles are incorporated, including traditional belly dance, modern dance, and tribal fusion. What to wear: Yoga pants, tank top, hip scarf, and your beautiful smile! No experience necessary.
Angela Shakti Sparks is a professional belly dancer, yoga instructor, and transformation coach/energy healer. She has extensive dance training in Erick Hawkins Modern Dance, Egyptian and American Belly Dance, and Tribal Fusion infused with yoga, hip hop, and gypsy style influences. She has been performing and teaching Belly Dance for over 20 years and loves sharing the joy of dance with women of all ages.
