Angela is a professional belly dancer, yoga instructor, and transformation coach/energy healer. She has extensive dance training in Erick Hawkins Modern Dance, Egyptian and American Belly Dance, and Tribal Fusion infused with yoga, hip hop, and gypsy style influences. She has been performing and teaching Belly Dance for over 20 years and loves sharing the joy of dance with women of all ages.


Christina has been in the fitness industry for 30 years. She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, has a Bachelor of Science in Education with endorsements in Physical Education and English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Masters of Science in Health Education from UNO, is fully certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and has written a fitness column for the Fremont Tribune. She continues to expand her repertoire with experience in Equipment Pilates, Mat Pilates, Aerial Silks, Core and Strength classes, Preschool fitness, Older Adult Fitness, Pre-Natal Fitness, and more.


Cindy has been an athlete all her life. She has a BSBA and Exercise Science degree and loves blending mind-body information and modern science practices. A hip injury and car accident have been great lessons in understanding the body and healing. Personal Training, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Aerial, Pole, Reiki and Kickboxing are amongst her training and certifications.


I have been practicing yoga in my personal life since 2012 and attended 200hr YTT in 2019. I feel in love the Asana limb of yoga and now I strive to share that love of yoga with my community. The classes that I teach are based in restorative and flow yoga. In these classes you will get a mix of low to moderate poses that are intended to bring awareness to the body and mind through grounding and balanced sequences.


Kristina (KC)

Kristina has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Nursing from the University of Virginia where she was also on the varsity cheerleading team. She obtained her 500 hr. registered yoga teacher certification so she could share the benefits of yoga with everyone. Her classes are designed around mindfulness and personal growth. "Finding yoga has truly changed my life, sparking my passion to continue my journey helping others live a healthy, fulfilling life!"



Stephanie has always had a love for the Arts in a variety of mediums. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Art and Special Education from University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2008, and began her teaching career soon after. Her Aerial journey began in 2014 when she decided to explore the art of Pole Dancing/Fitness and fell in love with the sensual, fun work out it continues to be. In 2015, she and her family moved to the Orlando Florida area where she discovered Aerial Hoop, and the Aerial Fabrics. The diversity each apparatus offered motivated her to be even more passionate about Aerial. In 2018, she acquired certification as an Aerial Hoop Instructor from Spin City Aerial Fitness. She began working as a Work-Study Instructor at Lotus Fitness Studio soon after certification. After completing the Work-Study program, she began leading Aerial Hoop and Aerial Fabric classes at Lotus Fitness Studio and Vixen Fitness Studio in Orlando FL. To further develop her group instruction training, in 2019 she gained certification as a Les Mills Body Pump instructor. She is delighted to share her love for the Aerial Arts as an Instructor, and continues to look for opportunities to learn and grow.
