Group Hypnosis for Weight Release

Join Hypnotherapist, Amanda Olmscheid with A Joy Hypnosis for a Group Hypnosis experience. Amanda will take you through a hypnosis experience allowing you the opportunity to release any excess weight you may be carrying that is no longer serving your highest good.


Wellness Study Hour

Join Health Coach, Kelley Towne, for an informal informational discussion on a monthly wellness topic. This month we will explore the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) of “Tapping”. This process allows you to free any energy blocks for a healthy mind and body.


Warrior Yoga Workshop

February 18  1:00-2:30pm

$30 preregistered; $35 at the door

This yoga workshop has been created to empower your Warrior asanas during your practice. We will discuss the history, purpose, and positioning, all of which will allow you to find your Warrior -mind, body, spirit. We will focus Warrior I, II, III, Humble, and Reverse Warrior.


Women’s Wellness Circle

February 22  6:30-8:00pm

Donation Based, $10 suggested

The Wellness Circle is a group for women who are seeking community support in all areas of their life that impact their wellness (nutrition, creativity, movement, relationships, career, family, spirituality and the like). We find it comforting to have a safe place for us to come together and lean on each other through challenges in our busy lives.

Each month we will lead with time for open discussion as well as reflect on the previous month’s topic. Then we will move onto the current topic


Wellness Workshop: Food is Medicine

March 5,  1:00-2:30pm

$30 preregistered; $35 at the door

Join Health Coach, Kelley Towne with HealthyTowne Coaching as she discusses how the food we eat impacts our overall wellness. Kelley will explain how we can prevent and treat ailments by “eating the rainbow”. She will talk about “crowding out cravings”, intentional eating, and choosing the best water.
