Yoga, Pilates Mat, Tai Chi and other mind-body disciplines are powerful ways to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, decrease stress, improve coordination while producing a feeling of balance and bliss! All levels of fitness can do these classes with modifications or adjustments made for everyone.

Gina: Hatha Yoga - Thursday 6:00pm
Gina: Hatha Yoga - Sunday 10:15am
Kelley: Slow Flow Yoga - Tuesdays 6:30pm
Cindy: Tai Chi - Saturdays 11:30am
