Yoga, Pilates Mat, Pilates Wheel, Tai Chi and other mind-body disciplines are powerful ways to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, decrease stress, improve coordination while producing a feeling of balance and bliss! All levels of fitness can do these classes with modifications or adjustments made for everyone.
CLASS SCHEDULE (8 week cycle; subject to change)
Pilates/Yoga Fusion: Wednesday and Saturday 9:00am
Power Yoga: Tuesday 6:45pm
Hatha Yoga: Monday & Thursday 5:30pm
Tai Chi: Saturdays 10:30am
